#699-10-CE by Susan Stevens of North Rose, NY for property at 9090 Crescent Beach, Wolcott, NY to construct a 400 sq ft open-air deck on the existing cottage. Section 42.02 (a) of the Town of Huron Zoning Law requires a 75ft front yard set back. Coastal Erosion Hazard Area Law Section 2.6 (D) prohibits development on a beach except for non-major additions, defined by Section 1.6 of the Coastal Erosion Law as up to a 25% increase in ground area coverage of the structure.
#700-10-SP by Debra Miller of Wolcott, NY for property at 6150 Powers Rd., Wolcott, NY to open an antique shop in her existing barn at 6150 Powers Rd. Section 42.0 of the Town of Huron Zoning Law requires a medium retail business to be allowed by special Permit granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals.
#695-10-A by Michael Dron of Webster, NY for property at 8252 West Port Bay Road, Wolcott, NY to build a 10ft by 12ft shed to replace an existing 6ft by 8ft shed. The application was tabled at the last meeting so that the applicant can provide measurements from property lines & reduce shed size to 8ft by 12ft. The Board requests that the applicant's shed have the same setback as the neighboring red shed.
#698-10-A by Samuel Lentine of Rochester, NY for property at 9076 Crescent Beach, Wolcott, NY to build a deck on his existing cottage. The application was tabled at the last meeting so that the applicant may present an amended plan in which additional structures may not exceed 227sqft and measurements are provided from the deeded property lines.
